Your first visit
A first set takes a little setup. This is the order it goes in.
- 01
Step 1: Book your visit
Book a patch test first, then your set. For an event set, give us the date of the event when you book.
- 02
Step 2: What to bring
A photo of a look you like, and a note of any allergies or past reactions to tape or eye products.
- 03
Step 3: When you arrive
Come 10 minutes early with clean lashes, no eye makeup and your contact lenses out. Parking is behind the building, and the studio is up one flight.
- 04
Step 4: What to expect
We look at your natural lashes and agree the style, then you rest with your eyes closed while the set goes on. Long sets mean a long visit, so settle in.
Who should wait
Tell us before your visit if any of these apply, and we'll rebook you.
An eye problem
An eye infection, irritation or a recent eye or eyelid procedure. Check with your doctor first if you're unsure.
A past reaction
A reaction to adhesive, tape or eye products, from us or anyone else.
A recent set elsewhere
Another artist's extensions come off before a new set, so allow time for removal.
If you react
Tell us, and call your doctor.
Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care. We stop the service if anything feels wrong.
