Our policies
What we ask of every client, in one place, before you pay a deposit.
Booking and deposits
A deposit holds your time and goes toward your service. Every set, event set and fill takes one, and the menu marks each. You book on the booking page and we confirm by text or email. For an event set, tell us the date when you book.
Canceling and running late
Please give 48 hours' notice to cancel or move a set or an event set, and 24 hours for a fill. Your deposit moves with you. With less notice we keep it. Running late? We hold 15 minutes for a fill and 20 for a set. After that the visit is shortened, never extended.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a visit without a word, we keep the deposit and hold your next visit only with prepayment. If something comes up, a text is all it takes.
Children and companions
Visits are for the client, 18 and over, and we work one client to a bed. Please come on your own. A friend is welcome to wait in the front room.
Patch tests and allergies
We ask every new client to patch test before a first set. It shows how your skin responds to the adhesive. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction, so tell us about allergies, sensitive eyes and any reaction you've had to tape or eye products. If you notice burning, swelling, redness or blurred vision after a visit, tell us and call your doctor or go to urgent care.
Before your visit
Arrive 10 minutes early with clean lashes: no eye makeup, no curler and no oil-based products on or near your eyes that day. Take contact lenses out before you sit down. Bring a photo of a look you like.
When to ask your doctor first
If you have an eye infection, irritation, a recent eye or eyelid procedure or a skin condition around the eyes, please check with your doctor before you book. We may suggest it too.
If you're not happy
If a set isn't what you expected, tell us within a few days. We'll look at your lashes and make it right.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one at the end of your visit, and it goes to the artist who did your set.
Two more things to know
The fill window
Fills are every two to three weeks. After a longer gap, a new set may be needed instead. The fills page explains how it works.
Another artist's work
Extensions from another artist come off before a new set, and we can't fill them. We tell you the time it needs when you book.
Read the rules, then pick a time.
If anything here doesn't work for you, ask before you book.
